AAPLink, a patent pending, web based application, is a technology driven process that provides creative strategies to plan, prevent and remedy underutilization.
AAPLink compiles an exhaustive list of recruitment sources both locally and nationally, which includes not only colleges, universities, minority institutions, veterans’ outreach programs, but expanded intern and cooperative education, professional programs, state and local governments, and local employment services, with particular focus on minorities, women, veterans and disabled individuals. These recruitment sources are continually updated, providing a satiated applicant pool.
